We are getting a group of folks together to go out for a Fish Fry each Friday evening during Lent. In the past we have tried to support other churches that do fund raisers by having fish fry dinners.

This weekend, Fish Fry is St. Leo's the Great. 885 SweetHome Rd. 6 pm. They have fried or baked fish or shrimp scampi. They have soup and mac and cheese dinner also. YOU CAN  ORDER AHEAD OF TIME FOR $16 OR $18 ON THE DAY OF THE DINNER - Order 9 to 4 at the church office 716-835-8905 or online at steleothegreat-amherst.com. Proceeds benefit the church roof campaign.

If you are coming, please let Kathy Stelter know by the Thursday before – 716-435-9455 or kstelter58@gmail.com (the reason we ask - because if we are going to a restaurant we need to make a reservation). Then at this dinner we will decide what church or restaurant we will go to the next Friday. 

Suggestions for other churches having Fish Fries are welcome. The other Fridays we’ll go out are: February 23rd, March 1st, March 8th, March 15th, and March 22nd.   So, mark your calendars… It’s a great time to get to know your fellow parishioners better and make new friends.
