Serving Our Community

The true sign of a vibrant faith community isn’t just its Sunday morning services, but how invested it is in serving its neighbors.

We collect funds as well as clothing and other necessities for Friends of Night People, an agency serving homeless people in our community.

We are a member congregation of VOICE-Buffalo, a faith-based community organizing group which trains people to develop long-lasting, sustaining relationships that connect people to each other. Their collaborative actions make our community safer, more equitable, and prosperous. They train churches and community organizations to spread a culture of accountability. When regular people lead, and demand better neighborhoods, better schools, more responsiveness from our government, then our community is reborn through civic engagement.

We provide space for a number of Twelve Step programs.
